After serving under the tutelage of Rev. John Railback, as Associate Minister and Assistant Pastor for 12 years, On April 16, 2023 the Rose of Sharon members unanimously  voted to appoint Rev. John R. King II as our new Pastor.   Pastor King has been married to his lovely wife Marlo for 29 years. They have  2 children , Nia and Jarrel.  Rev. King is only the second Pastor in Rose of Sharon’s 65 year history.  His vision is to continue in the legacy of Rev. Railback, while embarking on new spirit led endeavors and tools that support  the edification and growth of the body of Christ.
