First Lady Jean Railback met and married Pastor Railback in 1958. The two were inseparable when you saw on you saw the other. To share God’s Word was the chief ruling passion of her soul. She taught Sunday School for over 40 years at ROSMBC.
In the early seventies First Lady Railback and Pastor opened the first black owned and operated Christian Retreat and Conference Center in Southern California in Perris , CA. Over the years many young people were saved on the grounds of the retreat center.
She continued to live out her Christin faith through her love for people and her willingness to help others. As President of the Agape Christian Community Center a non profit organization since 1976 along with Pastor she was able to help many inner-city youth and homeless mothers with children living in shelters attend camps at Agape Retreat grounds.
In 1992 the Railback Family opened a shelter Agape Home Services for homeless mothers and their children. The Agape Home Services was opened for over 11 years and helped over 550 mothers and 1500 children.
First Lady Railback also authored “Healing the Hurts of Women”. She used biblical scriptures to help women over-come conflict and to have the freedom God intended for their lives. She was also honored as Woman of the Year in March 2010 by Zeta Phi Beta Sorority for her community work.
